HAVE FUN WITH WATER

Lima Escape Camping & Glamping has a privileged location in the very heart of the Peneda-Gerês National Park and is flanked by river Lima, perfect to be the paradise for water fun lovers. It’s a beautiful peninsula located in Ponte da Barca, in the most northern district of Portugal – Viana de Castelo!

You can easily visit some beautiful lagoons and waterfalls located really close to the camping park or enjoy some water activities.

In partnership with top local companies, Lima Escape presents different water activities, such as electric boat & water bike trips, kayak & SUP rental, SUP guided tours and canyoning, among others.

BOAT TRIP

You can enjoy a trip through the clean waters surrounding Lima Escape Camping & Glamping on our electric boats (charged by solar panel). An enchanting experience, ready to relax over the Lima River mirror, traveling calmly and enjoying nature in its purest state, to appreciate the river, birdwatching and savoring the landscape. This activity will most likely make you never forget the bucolic landscape and atmosphere of the surroundings of Lima Escape. Up to four people per boat.

WATER BICYCLE TOURS

1 hour seagull ride: 20.00 euros
Morning / afternoon water bicycle boat rental: 40.00 euros

GUIDED SUP TOURS

An unforgettable experience, with breathtaking landscapes, for adults and children and under the guidance of a professional guide.

CANYONING

Canyoning is a nature and adventure experience that allows you to discover the most impressive and hidden wonders of Peneda-Gerês National Park. It is a very dynamic activity to enjoy with your partner or your friends. Your safety is guaranteed by
professional guides, specialized in this particular sports and with years of experience.

– Duration: 4 h – 4h30 (approx.)

Price: 70€ per person (includes footwear)

WATER BIKE

Just 2 minutes away from Lima Escape main access, you can experience an unforgettable water bike ride, at any time of the year you can enjoy a ride on water bikes. Become dazzled by the landscape and its reflections of the clear water of our three rivers. The tour will be monitored by a professional guide and at the end you can request pictures of your tour, to cherish your memorable experience during your stay at Lima Escape.

Schedules:

10:00 am – 12:30 pm / 3:00 pm – 5:30 pm / 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Price: 35€ per person, for 2h30.

FISHING

You can get information on the Municipal Regulation of Recreational Fishing in the lot of the Touvedo Dam and pay for a daily fishing permit (requires a national or regional fishing permit).
