CAMPING SITE RULES AND PROCEDURES

Art 1 – The access to the Camping site depends on its capacity.

Art 5 – The entrance and exit of the Camping Park’s guests and their materials is made only through the Reception (check-in/check-out procedure).

Art 7 – The entrance and exit of guests and their material are checked at the Reception.

Art 20 – Vehicles shall circulate with respect to the existing signs. It is forbidden to park in places not indicated for that purpose.

As from end of July and up to end of August, cars are allowed to enter only to load and unload the camping equipment (parking is not allowed, including the overnight parking inside the camping area).

Art 21 – Lima Escape Camping & Glamping has a Book of complaints, which is be provided to the guests when requested.

Art 25 – Lima Escape Camping & Glamping authority & staff is not be liable for any damages and/or thefts of vehicles and other camping material.

Art 26 – The use of rills or charcoal stoves is only permitted in the appropriate places (BBQ places).

Art 27 – It is forbidden to make open fire outside the appropriate places (BBQ).

Art 31 – Stay in Lima Escape Camping & Glamping depends on the previous registration at the reception (check-in), upon presentation of a valid officially issued identification document. At registration, the campers receive identification wristbands that must be shown at the entrance and whenever requested by any employee or guard of the Camping site.

Art 33 – Tents and camper/ motorhome installation is allowed until 10:00 p.m.

Art 34 – In case of material abandonment, the payment can always be made by registration of a minimum value – in May, June, September and October corresponding to an adult, and in July and August, corresponding to two adults, unless there is only one camper.

Art 35 – The camping time is calculated as the number of nights counting from date of check-in until 03:00 p.m. the following day. Check-out time is to be done until 03:00 p.m.; a later check-out implies the payment of an extra night.

Art 39 – Camping site guests are to respect the following obligations:

  • Install the equipment leaving a distance of 2 meters from other campers.
  • Respect the other Camping guests and refrain from any acts that disturb other users, especially during indicated “Silence hours” between 11:00 p.m. and 08:00 a.m. (including using radio-broadcast receivers, speaking loudly or making any other type of noise).

Note: The loss/damage to the camper’s identification card or wristband implies the payment of a fine of 1.50 €.
