Booking Rules & Regulations of Lima Escape Camping & Glamping:

2.1. The minimum stay in Lima Escape Glamping accommodations (Bungalows, Lodges, Tents and House) is 2 nights during the whole year.
2.2. Between July and October, the minimum period of 2 nights applies also for stays in Bungalows & Lodge during the week.
2.3. During optional holidays, extended weekends, Christmas & New Year’s week and Easter week, the minimum stay is 3 nights.
2.4. In July and August, the minimum stay in Bungalows, Lodges and the House is 7 nights.
3.1. The booking is considered effective only after the payment of the 50% of the full booking amount within 48 hours. If payment is not made within the stipulated period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
3.2. The remaining amount is paid at the time of your arrival.
6.1. More than 30 days before the day of arrival: no payment (return of deposit);
6.2. 30 days or less before the day of arrival: payment of 50% of the total amount of the booking;
6.3. Dates can only be changed if the request for such change is communicated with at least 10 days in advance notice.
Under the conditions described above, cancellation requests will be validated confirmed in writing upon receipt by email of the respective request. This paid amount is transferable, could be used for the other type of accommodation and is valid for one year.
6.4. Only one change of dates is valid for each cancelled booking. This rule is also valid for changes of booking conditions.
6.5. In the case of cancellation due to COVID-19 (State Regulation, mandatory or prophylactic isolation duly proven) the reservation can be cancelled at any time (as soon as possible after the information on the impossibility of executing the reservation made) with the following 2 options to use the deposit made:
– change of dates of the reservation initially made (with the possibility to choose the other type of accommodation)
– obtain the Voucher in the amount of the deposit made with the duration of 2 years
In particular, the customer is responsible for the cleanliness and good condition of the furniture, bed-linen & towels, dishes & cooking materials and other equipment, as well as for the general condition of accommodation rented to him.
