Booking Rules & Regulations of Lima Escape Camping & Glamping:

  1. Booking requests can be submitted as follows:


1.1. At the reception of the Lima Escape Camping & Glamping: Lugar de Igreja

  1.  Minimum stay in Lima Escape Glamping accommodations:

2.1. The minimum stay in Lima Escape Glamping accommodations (Bungalows, Lodges & Glamping Tents) is 2 nights during the whole year.

2.2. During optional holidays, extended weekends, Christmas & New Year’s week and Easter week, the minimum stay is 3 nights.

2.3.  In July and August, the minimum stay in Bungalows is 7 nights, in Lodges is 4 nights.


  1. Terms of payment – the entire booking payment is made in two instalments;

3.1. The booking is considered effective only after the payment of the 50% of the full booking amount within 48 hours. If payment is not made within the stipulated period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

3.2. The remaining amount is paid at the time of your arrival.


  1. Booking deposit payment methods – Bank Transfer (the inherent expenses shall be borne by the payer/client).

4.1. In occasional situations it is possible to arrange another form of payment (with credit card). If you wish to make the payment this way, please contact us by e-mail:


  1. The effective bookings are considered valid only after submitting the “Booking Confirmation”, which is to be sent by email or SMS.


  1. In case of change or cancellation of the booking, the client undertakes to:

6.1. More than 30 days before the planned date of arrival: no payment (return of deposit);

6.2. 30 days or less before the planned date of arrival: payment of 50% of the total amount of the booking;

6.3. Dates can only be changed if the request for such change is communicated with at least 10 days in advance.

Under the conditions described above, cancellation requests will be validated confirmed in writing upon receipt by email of the respective request. This paid amount is transferable, could be used for the other type of accommodation and is valid for one year.

6.4. Only one change of dates is valid for each cancelled booking. This rule is also valid for changes of booking conditions.

6.5. In the case of cancellation due to COVID-19 (State Regulation, mandatory or prophylactic isolation duly proven) the reservation can be cancelled at any time (as soon as possible after the information on the impossibility of executing the reservation made) with the following 2 options to use the deposit made:

– change of dates of the reservation initially made (with the possibility to choose the other type of accommodation)

– obtain the Voucher in the amount of the deposit made with the duration of 1 year


  1. The accommodation units can only be used as from 5 p.m. on the check-in day and up to 11 p.m. on the check-out day.


  1. The keys are picked up at the Lima Escape Camping & Glamping Reception within the official opening hours.


  1. The prices shown on Lima Escape’s website ( refer to current season and include VAT at the current legal rate (6%).


  1. During the stay, the customers are responsible for the use of the premises as well as any damages or deterioration found.

In particular, the customer is responsible for the cleanliness and good condition of the furniture, bed-linen & towels, dishes & cooking materials and other equipment, as well as for the general condition of accommodation rented to him.


  1. The admission of animals to accommodation at Lima Escape Camping & Glamping is done exclusively by   reservation and in accordance with the rules for admission of animals applied.


  1. During the stay, cleaning is of the responsibility of the customer.Towels could be changed upon request for stays longer than 3 days.


  1. Except in cases previously announced and duly communicated to the Reception, the occupation is be done until the second booked day, not giving the reservation any right as from the third day.


  1. Lima Escape shall not be liable for any adverse natural causes or weather conditions that result in the cancellation of the booking.
